DEFINITION OF THE ACTIVITIES Art. 1 (1) TAXI UNION, called hereinafter the ASSOCIATION, is a not-for-profit association in private good.(2) The ASSOCIATION shall no the limited by time with regard to its activities.
OBJECTIVE AND MEANS FOR ACHIEVING IT Art. 2 (1) The objective of the ASSOCIATION is to formulate and solve the problems arising in the process of carrying out taxi transport by cars concerning all subjects that according to the Motor Transport Act and Regulations Nos. 34 and 35 ensuing therefrom, are divided into carriers and drivers, actually being taxable persons (TPs) who ion their side can be carriers and to have drivers employed under employment agreement, whereas the TPs themselves may be: а) physical persons: 1) having an official BULSTAT and NIN; 2) A Sole Trader having BULSTATЕТ and Tax Registration Number; б) legal entities.(2) The ASSOCIATION will achieve its objective through work meetings at legislative and executive bodies of the state and local power. (3) The ASSOCIATION will not carry out business activities.
FOUNDER Art. 3 Founders of a not-for-profit legal entity shall be Bulgarian able physical persons.
LEGAL CAPACITY Art. 4 (1) The ASSOCIATION’s legal entity shall originate as of its entry into the register of the not-for-profit legal entities with the Sofia City Court.(2) The founders’ acts performed on behalf of the ASSOCIATION being established until the day of entry shall breed rights and obligations for the persons having performed them and shall pass over by right to the not-for-profit legal entity as of the moment of it origination.
NAME Art. 5 (1) The name of the ASSOCIATION shall be СЪЮЗ ТАКСИ (SAYUZ TAKSI) and shall also be inscribed in Latin: TAXI UNION.AND SO ON, ACORDING TO THE RULE OF THE LAW (THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT LEGAL ENTITIES ACT (NPLEA). |
